Granulating Press

Used to squeeze the food into flour by pressing so
to obtain the granulated food.
The pellet mill consists of three main sections:
Conditioner Press Feeder
CHARACTERISTICS:
The main body of the welded steel construction.
The long-age bearing system that is able to carry
large radial forces.
Belt transmission.
Granulation cell made of stainless steel.
Double roller system with manual adjustment.
Die in stainless steel (* 46Cr13) or special alloy steel.
Die connection with locks.
Pneumatic overload protection system.
Hoist system to raise and lower the die.
Automatic lubrication (optional).
